Johnson Claim Service, Inc. (JCS) was established in April, 1980. The company was formed by Allen G. Johnson as a single adjuster company, operating from the first office in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma (Tulsa area). The main focus for the company was investigating and adjusting property and casualty claims.
The company grew throughout the years and currently has four office locations in three states and in excess of 50 employees. Johnson Claim Service, Inc./JCS Claim Center have been providing Claim Management and Third Party Administrator services for U.S. insurance companies and for the London insurance market since 1983.
JCS offices in Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Texas handle multi-line claims, including Personal Lines and Commercial Lines property, General Liability, GKLL, Dealer Open Lot, Motor Truck Cargo and Truck/Heavy Equipment Physical Damage losses.
The JCS Transportation Division was formed to provide quality and timely handling of Motor Truck Cargo and Truck/Heavy Equipment Physical Damage losses throughout the entire U.S. These services are administered from our Home Office in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area.
The JCS staff is available 24 hours a day to meet the emergency needs of all types of claims.
JCS has provided Third Party Administrator services for a number of London syndicates, and has been affiliated with many London brokers over the years.
